ABOUT
Over the past thirty years, Mr. Hodge has brokered, acquired, and developed a diverse range of real estate product types. Penn started his career as an attorney then transitioned into brokerage and investment banking. For the last 15 years his firm has focused on acquisition of value-add retail and ground up commercial development. Mr. Hodge is a graduate of the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, where he received his degree in Accounting. Mr. Hodge also holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Georgia School of Law, and is a member of both the Atlanta and Georgia Bar Associations.
