Peggy Johnson, CCIM

Peggy Johnson joined the Shai Hess Team in 2023 with 24 years of commercial real estate experience including over 16 years of facilitating commercial real estate transactions for The Ohio State University. As a highly capable real estate professional, she communicates well with clients to understand their needs. Peggy has the ability to put others at ease, quickly building relationships based on mutual trust. Peggy has been involved in numerous leadership positions in Central Ohio real estate associations including: • Columbus Association of Realtors CI (Commercial / Investment) Education Committee • Columbus Commercial, Industrial and Investment Realtors (CCIIR) o Chair and co-chair for education, membership, and facilities committees, o Executive Board from 2007 serving as President in 2010, and o CCIIR Trustee in 2014 As a part of her commitment to continual education and growth as a commercial real estate professional, Peggy earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2021. In addition to her real estate activities, Peggy has served the community as a hospice volunteer, a member of the Board of Directors and Minister at Fresh Wind Worship Center, and a volunteer at Vertical 196 in Newark, Ohio. Peggy enjoys adding to life’s adventures with the occasional hot air balloon ride, zipline excursion, or skydiving experience. Peggy is a proud mother to two daughters, Elisa and Nicole, and she enjoys being a grandmother to her six grandchildren. Peggy is a resident of Newark, Ohio.
