Paula Whitesell

Paula Whitesell was named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in June 2022. Prior to joining Weber, Ms. Whitesell served as CHRO at Metal Technologies Inc. Before that, she served as SVP & CHRO at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company. Additionally, Ms. Whitesell has served in a variety of HR and other business leadership roles in Customer Care and Communications at Peapod Digital Labs within Ahold-Delhaize and in Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Care at Whirlpool Corporation. She has earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs and an MBA from Indiana University.
