Ms. Osborn exclusively represents office, medical and industrial corporations in all facets of the real estate process, including lease negotiations, build-to-suits, acquisitions and dispositions, strategic and financial analysis and planning. Ms. Osborn’s insight and business acumen have enabled her to spearhead numerous complex multimillion-dollar transactions for Fortune 500 clients, including the management of a billion-dollar international company’s consolidation into a 120,000-square-foot property, which delivered on time and on budget with exceptional results while achieving significant concessions by city and taxing authorities.
