Paula Andrews

Paula partners with a diversified team of Land and Industrial brokers on business development and marketing. She provides market data research and prepares all digital and print marketing collateral for the Land Services team to promote and sell approximately 2,600 acres. Paula also prepares all marketing collateral for the Industrial team and their portfolio of over five million square feet. Paula is instrumental in the brokerage process from pitches to final commission payments. Paula is an industry veteran with more than eighteen years’ experience in the Raleigh-Durham commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Paula worked for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and JLL.
