Paul Zakovich

Paul J. Zakovich is a Colorado commercial real estate professional and developer with more than four decades of experience in brokerage, investment, tenant representation, and real estate development. After earning a Business Degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado in 1978, he began his career specializing in apartment building sales and investments through Financial Properties Ltd. in Denver's Cherry Creek district. Since 1986, Mr. Zakovich has led Biltmore Realty Ltd., where he has focused on commercial property sales, tenant representation, land acquisitions, development consulting, and residential and commercial real estate projects throughout Colorado. From 1987 to the present, Paul has been the President and CEO of the real estate firm, Biltmore Companies Ltd. This company has focused on the sale and development of commercial and residential properties wiht over $1.5B in sales transactions. In past years, Mr. Zakovich has been honored by the Denver Commercial Board of Realtors as one of the top commercial brokers in the state of Colorado in commercial sales volume. In 2006, he was honored with the #1 award for land sales in Colorado totaling $43M. Paul is the managing partner of Biltmore Development Ltd, which has developed commercial land in Parker, Colorado, the entertainment district of Park Meadows, Smuggler Mountain in Aspen and Orchard Lakes in Westminster. Placed #1 as the winner of the 2016 DMCAR and Denver Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter’s award for Independent Retail Brokerage
