Paul White

Paul joined Brown&Co in April 2011. He heads the Retford commercial department having previously practised in Milton Keynes for 24 years where he was a director of a large national commercial property firm. Paul graduated in 1987 from Bristol Polytechnic where he studied Valuation and Estate Management. He is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. He brings in-depth experience and understanding of all aspects of the commercial property market with particular expertise in the industrial & logistics sector and retail development. Paul has grown the commercial department covering the North Nottinghamshire / South Yorkshire / North Lincolnshire area providing a full range of services including agency sales, lettings, acquisitions, valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and development work. Key projects include The Northern Tower Retail Park in Retford, Melton Park near Doncaster and Somerby Park, Gainsborough.
