Paul joined Lennard in 2021 as Associate Vice President in the firm’s North office, where he helps corporate users and investors within the industrial sector. Prior to Lennard, Paul worked as part of the Industrial Advisory Group at Newmark, where the team specializes in working with tenants across North America in the logistics, e-commerce and food industries.
