ABOUT

In 1993 Paul Sr.’s son, Paul Jr., moved from Treasure Island to Orlando to enroll in a finance program at the University of Central Florida. After graduating in 1995 with a Bachelors of Science in Finance, Paul Jr., worked as the protégé of George D. Livingston, Jr., at Realvest Partners, Inc. - one of Orlando’s leading full service commercial real estate companies. Working with Realvest and Paul Sr., Paul Jr., broke ground on the first Central Florida Straubcos industrial project in 1996. From there, Paul Jr., went on to broker, develop and entitle over 200 acres of industrial projects. In 2006, Paul Jr., moved out from under the Realvest umbrella to open an exclusive Straubcos office conveniently located in downtown Orlando.
