Paul Schmerge

Paul Schmerge began his professional career with Proctor & Gamble in 1986. Paul has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1998. He started with Jerry Momper at the (Roger) Staubach Company. It is there that he learned the art of Tenant/Buyer representation and the value of being their advocate. In 2005, he joined Neal Sundermann at Cincinnati Commercial Realtors (CCR) and honed his skills at becoming a listing agent. Paul joined Lee & Associates in 2021, where he specializes in industrial real estate. He has over 23 years of experience representing tenants, buyers, sellers and landlords buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate properties in Southwest Ohio and Kentucky.
