Paul is an Executive Vice President with JLL focusing on office tenant representation. For over ten years Paul has represented tenants in Office and Industrial real estate transactions in Houston and across the globe (Europe, Asia, South America) as part of a specialized tenant representation team based in Houston. He plays an active role in the negotiation and structuring of complex lease, acquisition and disposition transactions for headquarters across a variety of industries including law, oil & gas, engineering and tech. Paul has a consulting background that strengthens his analytical approach in the strategic planning and execution across every real estate challenge.
