Paul Myers

Paul Myers, CCIM, SIOR, is a Senior Vice President at Charles Hawkins Co., where he has specialized in the brokerage of industrial and investment properties since joining the firm in 2016. He holds a master’s degree in Professional Real Estate from Georgetown University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aeronautics, in addition to completing U.S. Army Flight School as a Commercial Instrument-rated attack helicopter pilot. Before entering commercial real estate, he served as an AH-64 Apache pilot in the U.S. Army, earning four Air Medals across two Afghanistan deployments. His practice focuses on industrial and investment transactions, representing owners, investors, and tenants throughout Rutherford County and the Nashville metro market.
