Paul McDonald

Paul McDonald serves as a Senior Director at SVN | AVAT Realty LLC, and has been part of our team for more than five years. He brings more than 30 years of relevant experience to our team. Paul uses the people skills, product knowledge and market expertise he has acquired throughout his career to provide tailored solutions for each of his clients. He has consistently been recognized by SVN International as a top performer and he was recognized as a member of SVN International’s President’s Circle in 2021. Paul is also a member of the SVN Multifamily product council, an elite team of professionals who have closed more than $2.6 billion in multifamily sales. Paul currently resides in Scottsboro, Alabama. He also holds a Doctorate Degree from Southwestern Seminary.
