Paul Matysek

Paul Z. Matysek, CCIM, President of Matysek Investment Group, specializes in connecting buyers and sellers of single tenant properties nationwide as well as multi-tenant retail, apartments, and industrial. Paul began his career at CB Richard Ellis (now CBRE) in 2007 and transitioned to Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) in 2009. Following the bankruptcy and restructuring of Grubb & Ellis, Paul formed Matysek Investment Group to better serve his clients in a more focused setting. Paul has been involved in over a quarter of a billion dollars worth of transactions in his career and prides himself on conducting his business with uncompromised integrity and a long term vision for success. Paul earned his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate finance from the University of Southern California. He also holds the exclusive Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation. Paul enjoys fine art, the gym, basketball, and riding his bike on the beach. He lives in South Torrance.
