Paul Maiale
Paul Maiale is a Sales Associate specializing in the sale of single family homes, multi-family homes, and commercial properties in the Grosse Pointe Communities, East English Village, and Harper Woods. A native of Metro Detroit, Paul was born and raised in Grosse Pointe Park, where he attended Grosse Pointe South High School. He attended Macomb Community College for computer science, and automotive technologies. Paul then pursued a career in Restaurant Management, where he ultimately became a part of the management team at The Dirty Dog Jazz Café in Grosse Pointe Farms, and Operations Manager at PJ’s Lagerhouse rock-and-roll venue in Downtown Corktown. He then went on to create a brand new start-up lawn service centered on carbon zero emissions serving primarily Grosse Pointe, and Hamtramck. After graduating Real Estate One Academy, Paul joined the Saros Real Estate Services team. Paul continues to develop his skills within the organization, and excels at understanding local market data. He specializes in servicing the Grosse Pointe, and surrounding markets. Paul brings a wealth of experience from living in the area for the past 45 years, as well as a relentless work ethic and competitive nature from his various athletic endeavors. Paul is a sailing enthusiast, and currently lives in Grosse Pointe Park.
