Paul Kelly

Paul has been expanding Savills tenant representation in the Central and North Florida markets. He brings an array of experience on board, including assisting his clients with site selection, build-to-suits, facility leases, building acquisitions, property dispositions and financial analysis. Over his career, Kelly has completed more than 9 million square feet of transactions representing office and industrial occupiers. Prior to starting at Savills, Kelly served as senior vice president at Coughlin Advisors, a corporate real estate advisory firm focusing on exclusive tenant and buyer representation. Since 2008, he has procured and managed complex real estate transactions in Central and North Florida and nationwide.
