Paul is a Florida-licensed Real Estate Associate and a Certified Building Contractor. He has been a Lee County resident since 1980 with the exception of the four years he served in the United States Navy during the first Gulf War. Paul previously owned a general contracting company and is now focusing on commercial real estate. He uses his experience, knowledge and contacts to assist with the needs of his clients. His experience as a general contractor helps him advise his clients on everything from site selections to dealing with the Dept. of Community Development. He works closely with the REALTOR ® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beaches, Inc., the Commercial Investment Professionals (CIP) organization, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Lee Building Industry Association (BIA).
