Paul Kalish

Paul Kalish has appraised commercial real estate since 2005 and received the Appraisal Institute MAI designation in 2014. Since becoming a Certified General Appraiser with the State of Colorado in 2007, Paul has appraised a variety of major commercial assets, including triple-net retail investments, vacant land, restaurants, industrial, medical and general office properties, multi-family, while also acquiring the competency to appraise special use, proposed developments, subdivisions, gas stations, daycare facilities, hotels, motels, and religious properties. With the principals of CoVal Partners receiving the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation in 2014, we stress the importance of continuing education to be successful in the appraisal business. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado and co-founded CoVal Partners, LLC in August 2014 with Ryan Ruddell, MAI.
