Paul E. Ireland joins Phyllis Browning Company after a distinguished career in the U.S. Army where he retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Paul spent the last half of his career as a bilingual (Spanish) business advisor for the Department of Defense in U.S. embassies. In this capacity he enjoyed travelling, building relationships, and negotiating deals throughout the Western Hemisphere. Whether it's quickly solving problems, establishing rapport with buyers and sellers, or navigating high-stakes situations, the negotiating skills and diplomacy that Paul developed working on embassy country teams serve him well as a real estate agent. He loves how the profession lets him help others achieve their commercial, residential, and investment real estate goals. Paul holds a Master of Arts degree from Florida International University and a Project Management Professional (PMP') certification. Paul strives for excellence and delivers the very best service to his clients. Paul is a charitable supporter of the Fisher House Foundation and enjoys spending time with his daughter who, as he will proudly tell you, works in the adjacent career of interior design.
