Paul Harmon

He began his career with Henry S Miller Commercial and brokered numerous development projects including multi-family and single-family development tracts, as well as retail development projects. He received the Retail Deal of the Year Award for his work on Denton Crossing, a large retail assembly project. Prior to joining Avison Young, he worked with Retail Street Advisors and Bright Realty, where he focused on project leasing and tenant representation. Paul’s clients include Behringer Harvard, Hermansen Land Development, and Whitestone REIT. His tenant rep clients include Coal Vines Bistro, Rusty Taco, and Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt.
