Paul Gold

Paul joined ECHO Retail in 2008 opening an Indianapolis office for the Pittsburgh-based company. During his tenure with ECHO, he has established the company as one of the premier brokerage firms in the State of Indiana. Focusing primarily on tenant representation, Paul works with many of the top retailers; Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, PetSmart, Lifetime, Burkes Outlet, Ulta, Five Below, Panda Express, and McAlister’s Deli. His coverage for the majority of these clients is in Indiana, where he has extensive market knowledge. He also does work in Michigan, Ohio, Missouri, and Tennesee for select clients. Prior to joining ECHO, Paul served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Leasing for an Indianapolis-based development company. During his 12 years with the company, he oversaw a portfolio in oversaw a portfolio in excess of 6 million square feet of retail property.
