Paul Gold

Paul joined ECHO Retail in 2008, opening an Indianapolis office with partner Christian Conville for the Pittsburgh-based company. Prior to joining ECHO, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Leasing for Premier Properties, an Indianapolis-based development company. During his twelve years at Premier, Paul oversaw a portfolio in excess of six million square feet of retail property and was instrumental in cementing strong tenant relations with Target, JC Penney, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, TJ Maxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bed Bath and Beyond, Michaels, DSW and PetSmart. During his tenure with ECHO, Paul’s primary focus has been as a tenant rep broker. His client list includes Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, PetSmart, Giant Eagle, Office Depot, Five Below, Mattress Firm, Flix Brewhouse, Earth Fare, Biaggis Ristorante Italiano, Panda Express and Ann Taylor Loft. With 20 years’ experience in retail real estate, Paul has established himself as a leader in the industry and has a deep knowledge of the business on both the landlord and tenant side.
