He is experienced in all commercial property facets, but with a major specialism (and weird fondness for) the industrial and warehouse sector and is an active adviser to major developers and funds, with extensive knowledge of key occupiers and market trends, especially in relation to investment and acquisition advice, the refurbishment/break-up of industrial assets and experience in sector data preparation and analysis. Outside of work, DIY helps the work life balance, and also allows him funding to indulge in anything Auto related, including regular UK track days in a his lightly modified “hot hatch”.
