With a degree in Business/Finance and a minor in Economics from Indiana University, Paul brings a unique perspective to the development of properties, neighborhoods, and businesses. In 2024, he furthered his expertise by becoming an Accredited Business Intermediary through the American Business Brokers Association and obtaining his Loan Originator’s license. Outside of his professional life, Paul and his wife, Jennifer—a Property Management Administrator at Tarter Realty Auction and Appraisal Co.— have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren that they are very active with!
