Most Buyers go through an evolution as they see what is available and see how their needs and desires match up, including affordability. We try to do the initial selection process and provide a handful of properties to look at that we think are a good fit from our interviews with the Buyers. If this does not result in a match, then we do it again, while providing the Buyers with instant online notices of anything new that may be a match until we find the right one.<br /><br />How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?<br />In competitive bid situations, with the Buyers, we look at the rest of the market to see what we think the approximate value of the property should be.
