Paul Britvar Jr. specializes in the sale and leasing of R&D flex and industrial type space in Central San Diego. In 2016, Mr. Britvar assisted with the sale of San Diego’s largest industrial sale-leaseback transaction of the Panasonic headquarters in addition to 14 major other building sales.
