Paul graduated from Boston University with a degree in Film Studies and earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University. Prior to joining Rubicon, Mr. Bernon worked as a project manager for Intercontinental Real Estate Companies. At Intercontinental, Mr. Bernon was responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing of their residential properties and assisting with institutional requests for proposals. Mr. Bernon is a member of the InternationalCouncil of Shopping Centers. Mr. Bernon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston University's College of Communication and earned a Master's Degree in Real Estate from New York University.
