Patrick Wood
As the CEO and Managing General Partner of Wood Investments Companies Inc., Patrick is currently overseeing the development of ground-up shopping centers, rehabilitation of existing centers, and both the development and rehabilitation of Single Tenant assets throughout the Western United States. Patrick oversees a team which includes Construction, Leasing, Property and Asset Management. Patrick also plays a key role in continuing to acquire, manage, finance, and develop neighborhood shopping centers. This also includes Mobile Home Parks, with Wood’s strategic partner, Thomas Larkin, of Coast Mobile Home Parks. Wood Investments Co Inc. is still a tenant driven, value add investor, and developer, with a specific emphasis on infill locations, and the redevelopment of existing outdated centers. Patrick got his start in the business at Lee and Associates, and then later at Grubb & Ellis, in their retail brokerage business. Patrick attended college at Northeastern University, in Boston Massachusetts on a football scholarship. After hanging up his cleats, he transferred to The University of Southern California in 1996. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning and Development from The University of Southern California in 2000.
