Patrick Tupa

Patrick Tupa joined STREAM Capital Partners as an Associate in July 2020. Prior to joining STREAM Capital Partners, Patrick specialized in niche commercial real estate transactions referred to as Condo-Deconversions and assisted in retail developments at a small boutique firm in Chicago. While working closely with landowners and developers, his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for retail has driven a seamless transition to single tenant net leasing. Patrick is a recent graduate from DePaul University. He was born and raised in Chicago and looking forward to starting his real estate career in the City that he knows so well.
