Ratrick has operated the Commercial Property Management division for Copperwood since 2013. This includes organization of all accounting, maintenance, operations and leasing for a portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties throughout the Minneapolis metro area and Des Moines, Iowa. Prior to joining Copperwood, Patrick worked as a commercial A/V Integrator for Affinitech who supported Lifetime Fitness locally and regionally. Patrick's professional career began in the residential A/V Integration before moving to commercial.
