His experience spans site selection, development strategy, investment sales, credits and incentives, owner representation, portfolio strategy and transaction execution. Patrick has built a diverse national network of business leaders, developers, economic-development professionals, consultants and industry specialists. Those relationships allow CrossPoint to assemble the right resources around an assignment and provide clients with experienced real estate leadership without the overhead of building a large internal department.
