Patrick Oran

Patrick’s career began in commercial construction in 2007, developing numerous Willamette Valley projects. That foundational experience led him to Starbucks Corp where he served as a real estate and construction expert on tenant improvement initiatives across North America. With a desire to live and raise a family in the community that raised them, Patrick and his wife moved back to Salem in 2016. After his time at Nike leading analytics for New Store Development, Patrick joined Hancock Real Estate in 2020.
