Patrick O'Hara

Pat’s focus is landlord and tenant representation, development, and investments - primarily within the retail sector. Pat has over 30 years of experience in the development and leasing of shopping centers. While filling space and placing tenants or selling and buying assets, Pat places a high priority on maximizing the ROI of the clients he represents. Pat began his real estate career in 1992 with Melvin Simon & Associates which became Simon Property Group (SPG) in 1993. He started with SPG’s in Financial Operations and in 1999 joined the Community/Lifestyle Center Group to lease its Midwest portfolio as well as centers in Texas and Florida. During his time at SPG, Pat’s leased new developments, redevelopments, and improved core assets. Pat was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2014. While at SPG and Washington Prime Group (a spinoff of SPG), Pat was responsible for greater than 3 million square feet of transactions. In 2016, Pat joined Sandor Development as the Director of Leasing. Pat became a member of the Bradley Co team in September 2018. In April 2025, Pat joined eXp Commercial and is excited to continue to serving his existing clients and offer his services to new clients.
