Patrick O'Brien is the President and Broker of O'Brien Real Estate, Inc., a locally owned brokerage serving Southwest Michigan since 1961. With more than 40 years of real estate experience, Patrick has established himself as one of the region's most accomplished real estate professionals, personally completing over 3,300 transactions and generating more than $320 million in sales volume. He has achieved more sales than any REALTOR® in the history of the Greater Kalamazoo Association of REALTORS®. As a commercial real estate advisor, Patrick specializes in investment properties, office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land development, and income-producing assets throughout Southwest Michigan. His extensive experience includes representing business owners, investors, developers, financial institutions, and property owners in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, valuation, and strategic real estate planning.
