Patrick Nilan has a passion for leasing, sales and investments. He joined KBC after a successful career in healthcare technology at athenahealth, where he focused on sales leadership and consulting for the last 12 years. He’s excited to bring a fresh perspective to the industrial real estate sector. Born and raised in Atlanta, Patrick is deeply familiar with the region’s neighborhoods, business districts, and industrial hubs. He graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and has enjoyed watching the Bulldogs dominate college football the last few seasons. In his free time, you can find Patrick hanging out with his wife and dog. He enjoys traveling, golfing and cooking. He’s a loyal Atlanta sports fan. Yes, even to the Falcons.
