Patrick founded Timber Commercial in 2023 to provide brokerage and construction management services for tenants and landlords. From site selection and lease negotiations to tenant improvements and base building capital projects Patrick brings a rare skillset to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Before launching Timber, Patrick was the head of leasing for Tishman Speyer's Southern California properties, overseeing over 3 million square feet of office space in prime locations such as Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Playa Vista, DTLA, and Westwood. As a board member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association, Patrick is committed to advancing the interests and professionalism of the commercial real estate industry in the LA region.
