He is currently with Franklin Street, which specializes in institutional student housing. Patrick actively assists clients and investors with acquisitions, dispositions and financing of investment property in and around the Mid-West. Before Patrick ventured to Marcus & Millichap, he worked for Proctor and Gamble and The Cincinnati Reds. He quickly learned that entrepreneurship was geared towards his personality and his passion in investment real estate ultimately led him to Marcus & Millichap where he stayed for five years before taking on his new chapter at Franklin Street.
