Patrick McGlinchey

Patrick McGlinchey leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Colorado Retail Services as a Managing Director, specializing in Retail Leasing, Commercial Land, and Building Sales. He is a consistent, top-producing broker who has guided clients through over 365 transactions totaling more than $367,300,000 in value and has received both local and national honors for his brokerage achievements. Unapologetically passionate about his work, Patrick’s clients value the robust energy he brings to each assignment, his ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive writing that supports decision-making and negotiation, and his intentional approach to defining and executing strategy. Patrick began his career at a Denver-based land brokerage, gaining rare, in-depth expertise in zoning and entitlement processes. In that role, he not only brokered transactions for his clients but also assisted with or led their entitlement efforts. This knowledge base has made him highly sought after by national brands navigating entitlement challenges and by land developers across the state. Most recently, Patrick (alongside teammate Justin Gregory) led an award-winning retail team at SRS Real Estate Partners. Patrick graduated from Colorado State University with degrees in Political Science and Business Administration, founding the university's Phi Kappa Tau chapter and serving two terms as its first president. Committed to giving back to the institutions and organizations that have shaped his life, he currently chairs the fraternity’s alumni advisory board and serves as Membership Chair for ICSC’s Rocky Mountain Region. Outside of work, Patrick balances his professional focus with adventure and community. He enjoys off-roading in his Toyota 4Runner, discovering new restaurants and bars, skiing, and showing friends and visiting colleagues the best of Colorado.
