Patrick McEvay

Patrick McEvay is a Senior Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap specializing in apartment building and multifamily development site transactions throughout British Columbia. Since starting his career in commercial real estate in 2010, Patrick has focused solely on the niche multifamily market within BC and has become a leading expert and top producer in the industry. Having spent five years at a global investment firm, and previously at a local boutique brokerage, Patrick is uniquely able to navigate the nuances of the market by connecting international capital with local expertise. Patrick and his partner, James Blair, joined Marcus & Millichap’s Vancouver office in August 2020. Together they co-lead the multifamily team in B.C. and have proudly represented both buyers and sellers in hundreds of apartment building transactions in every region of the province amassing over $1B of sales. An innovator at heart, Patrick earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University, majoring in Entrepreneurial Management.
