Patrick Lucero, is a commercial real estate advisor with more than 30 years of experience representing owners, investors, developers, and business owners throughout Utah. Patrick began his professional career with Price Waterhouse in the Management Consulting Group before joining Dun & Bradstreet as a Business Analyst. This early business experience provided a strong foundation in financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving that continues to benefit his clients. Since entering commercial real estate in 1984, Patrick has represented hundreds of local, regional, and national companies in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of commercial properties. His expertise includes industrial, office, land, investment sales, owner-user acquisitions, and build-to-suit development. Patrick also owned and operated his own commercial real estate brokerage for eight years, providing strategic advisory services and brokerage representation across a wide range of commercial property types. In recent years, Patrick has worked closely with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and business owners, expanding his expertise in construction management, value engineering, site selection, entitlement, and development planning.
