Patrick Inglis

Patrick Inglis leads the Office and Multifamily Capital Markets practice in Nashville, and specializes in investment property dispositions, development advisory, and equity assignments. Previously, Patrick spent 12 years at JLL where he was involved in sale transactions totaling over $3.8 billion in gross proceeds. Patrick most recently co-led the Los Angeles Multifamily Capital Markets practice of JLL, after spending the initial 10 years of his JLL tenure focused on office sales and recapitalization assignments in Los Angeles and other select national markets. Prior to joining JLL, Patrick was a Senior Supervising Auditor in Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Practice Group, where he specialized in the audit of various domestic and international real estate companies including Westfield America, Inc., Lowe Enterprises, D.R. Horton and Arden Realty Inc., among others.
