Pat has been actively involved in the Denver commercial real estate industry for 29 years. Multi-family Sales have been the staple of his brokerage business. However, through his diverse relationships, he has completed many transactions in almost every category in the investment arena including, self-storage, office, retail, industrial, hotel and various land development transactions. Although 95% of his work has been in the State of Colorado, he has represented his clients in multiple states throughout the Southwest United States. His total deal volume is well over $1B. His years at Fuller and Company, Cassidy Turley, and Cushman and Wakefield were an invaluable learning experience where he was mentored by some of Colorado’s leading real estate minds. During that time, he invested in his own developments and income producing assets. His resume of work includes building a hotel in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, owning and renovating apartments for his own portfolio, building mixed use projects, and entitling land for various uses. His entire career formed what is now HRE Holdings and Development. The many relationships and vast array of experience has provided an intimate working knowledge of development, construction, management, and finance.
