Patrick Healy

Pat Healy is a Senior Director at Scannell Properties, focusing on dispositions, joint ventures, and underwriting all industrial build-to-suit and speculative developments for Scannell’s U.S. industrial platform. Prior to joining Scannell, Pat was an assistant vice president at Walker & Dunlop and director at JLL in Chicago, where he was involved in closing more than $8 billion of debt and equity investments across office, multifamily, industrial and retail properties. Pat started his career in commercial real estate at MB Financial Bank focusing on loan originations and portfolio management. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He serves as a chapter board member of NAIOP Indiana and is a member of The Penrod Society.
