Patrick Grenko

Patrick Grenko is a Vice President at JLL’s Philadelphia office. He provides exceptional service to owners and occupiers throughout Center City and Bucks County, PA. With a focus on agency leasing and tenant representation services, Patrick develops and implements strategic real estate solutions to meet and exceed clients’ business objectives. Patrick joined JLL in 2012. Prior to joining JLL, Patrick was a Senior Regional Director at Coventry First, a financial services firm that created the secondary market for life insurance in the US. During his time at Coventry, Patrick studied life insurance theories and practices and identified new business opportunities.
