Pat is a Vice President with Hunneman’s Leasing & Advisory Services Group. Immediately after graduating from Elon University, Pat began working in the Property Management department for Hunneman overseeing a portfolio of multiple asset types throughout the Greater Boston area. Having a strong interest in the transactional side of the business, Pat soon transitioned into brokerage for the company. Now with over 8 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, Pat specifically focuses on leasing in the 128 West & Inner Suburban markets; representing landlords and tenants of office, industrial, lab and R&D space.
