Patrick Gallagher

Prior to joining CBRE, Patrick Gallagher co-founded Siegel-Gallagher Inc. and is head of the firm''s Investment Properties Group. Prior to returning to his hometown of Milwaukee, he was Vice President of the Investor Services group at Stein & Company in Chicago. He previously was a financial consultant on tax investments at Merrill Lynch. He has represented such institutional interests as CenterPoint Properties, Koll Bren Realty Advisors, Opus North Corporation, the RREEF Funds, and Great Lakes REIT, as well as Principal Capital Properties and numerous private investors. During his career Mr. Gallagher has been involved in transactions valued in excess of $2 billion. He was cited in 1995 by the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (Chicago Chapter) for "Broker Transaction of the Year."
