Patrick is actively engaged in the real estate capital markets arena, representing institutional, middle-market, and private clients, encompassing a variety of asset types, including multi-tenant retail shopping centers, single-tenant net lease, and urban mixed-use throughout Chicagoland and the Midwest. Patrick’s 18 years of commercial real estate experience comprises a vast repertoire of knowledge and skills. He consistently delivers superior value to his clients by getting them premium pricing and attractive terms. His relentless work ethic and numerous long-standing relationships within the industry contribute to his success. Prior to joining Matthews™, Patrick was Director at Baum Realty Group, where he led the firm’s investment sales practice.
