Patrick Follett

Patrick Follett serves as a Vice President for ALIVE, specializing in acquisitions and dispositions of retail investment properties throughout Northern California along with site identification for preferred developers of single tenant net leased properties. Patrick realizes the importance of picking up the phone and sharing relevant and newsworthy information with owners and investors so they may make more informed decisions about their real estate investments. He is accessible and committed to assisting his clients throughout all phases of the real estate continuum, understanding that every transaction is of the upmost importance to all parties involved. Patrick began his career in commercial real estate in 2006, working for a national firm in Oakland, CA while completing his final year earning a Business Administration Degree from Saint Mary’s College of California. Prior to joining Alive in January 2025, Patrick worked as an Investment Sales Advisor for CORE Commercial in Sacramento for over 15 years. Patrick and his wife Kim have two children, Chase and Kira. Outside of the office Patrick enjoys running and cycling along the American River Bike Trail, coaching his children in a variety of sports and traveling with his family.
