Patrick Follett

Patrick Follett began his career in commercial real estate at Marcus and Millichap’s Oakland office in 2006 as an assistant to that office’s top performing Senior Retail Advisor. After graduating from Saint Mary’s College of California in 2007 Patrick entered into the firm’s Sales Internship Program, specializing in acquisitions and dispositions of retail properties throughout Northern California, with a strategic focus on the East Bay. Patrick became an Associate of M&M in 2008. After three years at M&M, Patrick relocated back to Sacramento where he was born and raised. His primary focus over the past decade has been representing buyers and sellers of single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties throughout Northern California. Patrick also specializes in site identification for preferred developers of single tenant net leased properties. He understands the importance of picking up the phone and relaying relevant and newsworthy information to owners and investors so they may make more informed decisions about their real estate investments. Patrick is accessible, responsive and committed to assisting his clients throughout all phases of the real estate continuum. Outside of the office Patrick enjoys running, cycling along the American River Bike Trail, and spending time with his family: Kim, Chase, Kira, Chuck (dog) and Norris (fish).
