Patrick Esparza

Born and raised in Northern California, Patrick started his career working for his family's construction company after graduating high school. Working as a Supervisor and Construction Manager on the construction side, Patrick obtained his Salesperson's License in 2006, where began working as an Agent for a local real estate investment brokerage. Servicing his clients throughout all of California, Patrick's main area of focus was on investment properties and 1031 Exchanges. While continuing to work in the construction field, Patrick obtained his Real Estate Broker's License in 2009 and started working with a an Elk Grove based development and real estate brokerage. There, he represented buyers and sellers of commercial and residential properties as well as represented tenants and landlords of commercial properties.In his spare time, Patrick enjoys working with his friends and clients in achieving their fitness goals as a Personal Trainer. Patrick’s experience in the real estate, construction and fitness industries has allowed him to proudly represent his clients by providing a broad knowledge and understanding of the full real estate process as well as allowing his clients an access to a breadth of professionals and resources, while also having an ability to connect with his clients on a level that is unmatched.
