Patrick Dedering is the Director of Acquisition & Leasing at Phoenix Investors, where he brings over 15 years of experience in industrial real estate. Since joining Phoenix Investors, he has played a key role in the acquisition and leasing of in excess of 25 million square feet, with an aggregate transaction volume exceeding $200 million. His transaction experience includes complex sales and leasing, build-to-suit developments, land assemblages, and securing state and local incentive packages.Prior to joining Phoenix Investors, Mr. Dedering spent seven years at a national brokerage firm, where he developed his expertise in industrial sales, leasing, and investment transactions.
