Patrick Dedering

Patrick Dedering serves as Director, Acquisition & Leasing at Phoenix Investors, where he is responsible for the sales and leasing of the company's industrial portfolio. He brings more than 15 years of experience in industrial real estate, with a focus on complex sales and leasing, build-to-suit developments, land assemblages, and securing state and local incentive packages. Since joining Phoenix Investors, he has played a key role in the acquisition and leasing of more than 25 million square feet, with an aggregate transaction volume exceeding $200 million. Prior to joining Phoenix Investors, Patrick spent seven years at a national brokerage firm, where he developed his expertise in industrial sales, leasing, and investment transactions.
